A Kllivo account

Any restaurant account can add the app. Owners and team members each sign in with their own login.

A modern browser

Chrome or Edge on Android and computers, and Safari on iPhone and iPad.

An internet connection

The app shows your live orders, so it needs a connection, just like the dashboard.

Permission for notifications

Your phone asks once. Allow it to receive order alerts. On iPhone, add the app to your home screen first and use iOS 16.4 or newer.

Install in a minute

Add Kllivo to your home screen

Open your Kllivo dashboard first, then follow the steps for your device. You will also find them in the dashboard under Install app.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open your dashboard in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
  4. Open Kllivo from your home screen and turn on order alerts.

Android

  1. Open your dashboard in Chrome.
  2. Tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Confirm, then open Kllivo from your home screen.
  4. Turn on order alerts when asked.

Computer

  1. Open your dashboard in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click the install icon in the address bar.
  3. Confirm. Kllivo opens in its own window.
  4. Turn on order alerts from Settings, Notifications.
